Columbus Fitness Sampler: Empowering Women Through Health and Beauty

The Columbus Fitness Sampler, organized by local health and wellness company The Beauty Boost, is gearing up for its biggest event yet after 10 years of success. Founded in 2015, the event aims to empower women and promote health and beauty by providing them with the opportunity to try out various fitness classes, cosmetic services, products, clothing brands, and more.

This year’s Columbus Fitness Sampler will take place on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at The Kee on 225 Neilston St. The event will feature nearly 40 participating health and beauty businesses, including Polaris Fit Body Boot Camp (FBBC) and Club Pilates Columbus. The event will also be hosted in 29 other cities nationwide throughout the month of May.

Attendees can expect back-to-back fitness classes every 25 minutes instructed by trainers from various fitness studios. The event will also include “experience stations” where attendees can explore different vendors. New features this year include a DJ and a “fitness passport” that participants can access on The Beauty Boost’s website and Instagram page. The passport allows participants to earn check marks for every class they attend at certain fitness studios, with the chance to win prizes, including a grand prize of $1,000 or more.

Club Pilates Columbus, a California-based franchise, offers over 70 Pilates classes a week with six different formats for all ages and body sizes. Polaris FBBC focuses on total-body strength training with three different types of workouts. Both studios offer discounts for Ohio State students and employees.

Those interested in attending the Columbus Fitness Sampler can pre-register on The Beauty Boost’s website or via Eventbrite. Tickets are available for $35 until the event. Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to explore the world of health and beauty in Columbus!
