Heading: Her Story 2024: Women’s Mental Health Event at Mount Duneed Estate

Women in the region will have the opportunity to come together and support a meaningful cause at the upcoming Her Story 2024 event, presented by local not-for-profit organisation Art of the Minds. Taking place at Mount Duneed Estate next weekend, the event will showcase the mental health journeys of women and raise funds for Foundation 61’s new women’s rehabilitation facility, the House of Hope.

Now in its third year, Her Story will feature keynote speaker Justine Martin, as well as talented local musicians Hazel Ray and Grace Terpstra. Hazel Ray, who returned to her passion for music after a hiatus, shared how music played a significant role in her mental health journey. She believes in the power of authenticity and vulnerability, and hopes that sharing her story will help others feel seen and connected.

Art of the Minds vice president Sarah Molnar expressed her excitement for Her Story, calling it her personal favorite event on the organization’s calendar. She highlighted the impact of storytelling and live music on the audience, creating a safe space for people to connect and share their experiences without judgment.

Attendees can look forward to a day of inspiring stories, live music, and community connections at Her Story. For more information on the event, visit www.artoftheminds.org.au.
