Taylor Swift’s Fitness and Nutrition Journey for the Eras Tour

The pop sensation Taylor Swift has been making headlines once again, but this time it’s not just for her chart-topping music or high-profile relationships. The singer-songwriter has been hitting the gym and making key fitness and nutrition changes to prepare for her highly anticipated Eras Tour.

Taylor Swift’s trainer, Kirk Myers, recently opened up about the intense training regimen he put the star through to get her in shape for the global tour. According to Myers, Taylor is the most resilient person he has ever met, consistently overcoming obstacles and pushing herself to become stronger and better with each workout session.

The “Shake It Off” singer started training six months before her first show, knowing that the tour would be physically demanding. She even joked that she used to “tour like a frat guy” in the past, but this time she needed to be in serious shape. Taylor’s workout routine included singing on the treadmill, running through her entire setlist every day, and doing strength and conditioning workouts with Myers.

In addition to her physical training, Taylor also underwent three months of dance training with choreographer Mandy Moore to perfect her dance routines for the tour. The singer even went sober during the tour, except for on Grammy night, to ensure she was in top form for her performances.

Despite the grueling schedule of the tour, Taylor still found time to journal for her mental health and make each hotel room feel like home. She also implemented a “dead day” to recover after shows, but still managed to fit in workouts between performances to maintain her strength and stamina.
