Nicole Scherzinger is known for her strong and sensational physique, and it’s no secret that she puts in the work to maintain it. The actress and singer recently opened up about her fitness and nutrition routine, revealing some interesting insights into how she stays in top shape.

“I like to switch it up and try new things, but most recently, I’ve just been pretty consistent with more HIIT workouts,” she tells WH. Nicole enjoys cardio HIIT and HIIT with weights, which she believes gives her the best results. She also loves to keep her body guessing by trying different workouts like SoulCycle spinning, climbing, boxing, and dance cardio.

While Nicole usually works out three to six times a week, she’s currently taking a more relaxed approach and incorporating long outdoor walks into her routine. “It’s all about balance and moderation,” she explains. “You can’t grind all the time.”

When it comes to her diet, Nicole has been experimenting with intermittent fasting. She does an overnight fast and fuels her mornings with tea before enjoying a hearty breakfast for lunch. She loves snacks like raw almonds, cherry tomatoes, and spicy crisps, but also makes sure to have well-balanced meals with a mix of protein, carbohydrates, and veggies.

For dessert, Nicole indulges in sweet treats like red velvet cake and muffins, but also enjoys dark chocolate with almonds and sea salt. She ends her day with herbal tea, with her current favorite being Hibiscus Rose Herbal Tea.

Nicole’s approach to fitness and nutrition is all about balance and variety. By consistently trying new things and listening to her body’s needs, she’s able to maintain her strong and sensational physique while still enjoying the foods she loves.
